Service Bookings

When you book a service through our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking for reasons including but not limited to: service unavailability, errors in the description or price, or error in your order.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We value the time of our professional cleaning teams and appreciate your cooperation in providing timely notice for any changes.

Liability

Fomic and its employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. While we take every precaution to ensure a high-quality clean, the client is responsible for securing fragile or high-value items before the arrival of our team.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
